Situated on the west coast of Scotland in Argyle between Oban and Glen Coe. This castle or keep stands on a tidal islet of Loch Laich, an inlet off Loch Linnhe. I took this image from the shore near Jubilee Bridge not far from Port Appin, where the surrounding hills of Kingairloch provided a picturesque backdrop.
